Submission of Manuscripts:
1. The electronic files of the paper within eight pages in Microsoft Word.doc should be sent to Prof. Jium-Ming Lin (jmlin@chu.edu.tw), associate editor-
in-chief of Chung Hua Journal of Science and Engineering.
2. After some modifications the paper can also be published at other journals. By the way each author can publish only one paper in each number of the
journal.
3. The manuscripts should be written in English, and in A4 (21.5 cm* 28cm) size.
